Monique Torres serves as a Perinatal Nurse Navigator for Envision Healthcare. She brings more than 16 years of experience with 10 years of specific focus in women’s health. Prior to joining Envision HealthCare’s’ Heartbeat to Home program, Torres served as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, and a Care Transition Nurse. Torres is a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelors in Nursing certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE.

She prides herself with ensuring, high-quality, thorough, and compassionate care for all patients. In her role with Envision HealthCare’s Heartbeat to Home program, Torres provides complex obstetric patients with specialized education, patient advocacy, follow-up, support, and coordination of care throughout the duration of their pregnancy and after discharge.
